Job description
Manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets Lead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver excellent service Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, food quality, presentation, and hygiene Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback and complaints Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and departmental performance Control food, beverage, labour, and operational costs Monitor stock levels, purchasing, wastage, and inventory control Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient service Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company policies Manage F&B budgets and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets Analyse sales, costs, and performance reports and implement improvements where required Support menu development, promotions, events, and new F&B initiatives Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure value for money Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across all F&B areas Ensure the team consistently follows company standards and procedures Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for hospitality and demonstrated experience leading a team within a fast-paced food & beverage environment. You will also have: A relevant qualification in hospitality management, such as a Diploma or higher qualification A minimum three years relevant full-time experience in hospitality management within a restaurant, cafe, hotel, airport lounge or similar food & beverage operations Demonstrated experience managing team members and coordinating daily food & beverage operations Experience with stock control, purchasing, operational budgets and record keeping Knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety and responsible service of alcohol Strong communication, organisation, leaderships and problem solving skills The ability to work Full-Time across a seven day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays A current responsible service of alcohol (RSA), or the ability to obtain one The ability to successfully obtain and maintain Aviation Security Identification Card, including completion of required security background checks
