The Food & Beverage Manager will be the second-in-charge of the Food & Beverage department, assisting the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing all aspects of the F&B operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and experienced professional with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will help manage the day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the resort's F&B offerings. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior F&B role, preferably within a luxury resort or fine dining establishment. Proven track record of excellence in F&B operations and guest service. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
