Food Safety Manager

Job description

The Food Safety Manager will be responsible for leading food safety compliance across the Etihad Stadium, City Football Academy HQ (CFA) and JOIE Stadium, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, allergen management and operational compliance are maintained across all catering operations. Working closely with Culinary, Operations and Safety teams, the role will develop and embed a positive food safety culture, maintain HACCP systems, support audit readiness and provide expert advice on food safety legislation and best practice The Food Safety Manager will play a key role in supporting matchdays, conferences, events, hospitality operations and daily catering services across the Etihad Stadium, CFA and JOIE Stadium.
