Job Title : Foods ID DAM HSM Nutrition (LSI, Hypermart , & Tiptop) Work Location : Grha Unilever Earlier this year (March 2026), Unilever announced an agreement to separate our Foods business. Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavour leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and foodservice platform. McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027. About the Role The position is responsible for driving sales performance, managing budget allocations, and trading term negotiations and execution across strategic accounts for LSI, Hypermart, Farmers, and AEON. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of channel and category plans to deliver commercial targets across respective modern trade channels. Develop and manage promotional strategies and allocation across customer teams. Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness across respective channels, identifying opportunities for improvement. Drive performance management of customer teams, ensuring delivery of monthly and half-year targets. Represent customer and channel perspectives in the S&OP process. Collaborate with Category Leads to ensure end-to-end alignment between category strategy and channel execution. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sales / key account Proven experience managing National-scale MT channels, include premium MT channel Solid understanding of category strategy and commercial levers. Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities. Excellent communication across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis & Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
