Footwear Coordinator

Job description

Great products don't happen by chance. Every pair of Jonsson Workwear footwear starts as an idea before being brought to life through collaboration, precision and brilliant execution. Behind the scenes are the people who keep everything moving, ensuring every detail is considered, every deadline is met and every product is delivered to the high standard our customers expect. We're looking for a **Footwear Coordinator** to play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our footwear range. Working alongside our Product, Design, Procurement and Supplier teams, you'll be at the centre of the product journey, coordinating critical processes, building strong relationships and ensuring information flows seamlessly from concept through to completion. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in creating structure in a fast-moving environment. You'll learn, grow and contribute to products that are purpose-built for the hardworking people who wear them every day. If you're energised by the challenge of bringing people, processes and products together, and gain satisfaction from seeing great ideas become reality, we'd love to meet you. What you bring to the role: - Taking pride in creating order, bringing structure and accuracy to moving projects and ensuring nothing gets left behind. - Thrive when coordinating multiple priorities, keeping product information, samples, timelines and critical actions moving forward with confidence. - Being naturally proactive, following up, solving problems and taking ownership without waiting to be asked. - Learn new systems, processes and ways of working quickly, becoming a trusted go-to person who keeps everything connected and up to date. - Enjoy building strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues, knowing great products are created through collaboration and clear communication. - Embrace the pace and challenge of a dynamic environment, staying focused, organised and calm when priorities shift. - You are driven by brilliant execution and gain real satisfaction from playing a key role in bringing exceptional footwear products to life. In line with Jonsson Workwear’s commitment to employment equity, applications from candidates from designated groups, as well as candidates with disabilities, are encouraged.
