Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank. ### Responsibilities - **FX Market Trading** Conduct foreign exchange trading activities based on market conditions, trading strategies, and the Company's risk management requirements. - **Position Management** Actively manage trading positions, monitor exposure and market risk, and adjust positions in a timely manner based on market movements and trading strategies. - **Risk & Trading Discipline** Strictly follow established trading strategies, risk management policies, position limits, stop-loss requirements, and trading procedures. Maintain strong trading discipline and avoid emotional or unauthorized trading decisions. - **Market Monitoring & Analysis** Closely monitor global foreign exchange markets, including currency movements, macroeconomic developments, central bank policies, interest rates, economic data, geopolitical events, and other factors that may impact FX markets. - **Trading Strategy Optimization** Continuously review trading performance, market conditions, and risk exposure, and proactively update trading approaches and strategies to adapt to changing market environments. - **Trading Performance & Reporting** Maintain accurate trading records and regularly review trading performance, risk exposure, and key trading decisions. Provide timely market updates and trading insights to management when required. ### Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred. - **1+ years of hands-on foreign exchange trading experience**, preferably with experience in institutional or professional trading environments. - Solid understanding of the **FX market, currency pairs, market dynamics, and macroeconomic drivers**. - Demonstrated experience in **position management, exposure management, and trading risk control**. - Strong trading discipline with the ability to strictly execute established trading strategies and risk management rules. - Strong market awareness and ability to respond quickly to changes in market conditions. - Able to continuously follow global financial markets and update trading strategies and market views. - Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills. - Experience with trading platforms, market data terminals, or relevant FX trading systems is preferred. - High level of integrity, responsibility, and risk awareness.
