The team is built by **repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni,** and leaders from **Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.** We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale. **The Role:** We're looking for highly driven Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with customers, and turning real-world challenges into scalable solutions. This role is based in Bangalore and operates on a night shift aligned with US and European business hours. **What You'll Do:** - Work directly with customers across the US and Europe to understand their technical and business challenges - Build, customise, and deploy solutions using Emergent's AI-powered platform - Rapidly prototype and iterate on production-grade applications - Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes - Identify recurring customer problems and turn them into scalable product and process improvements - Own projects end-to-end, from understanding requirements to deployment and iteration - Work in a fast-paced environment where speed, ownership, and problem-solving are highly valued **What We're Looking For:** - Strong software engineering or technical problem-solving experience - Experience building and deploying web applications or software products - Comfortable working with APIs, databases, debugging, and integrations - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across the stack - Strong understanding of software development fundamentals - Excellent communication and customer-facing skills - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations - Ability to move quickly, experiment, and deliver high-quality solutions - Experience with AI/LLM-based tools is a plus - Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US and European time zones **Why Join Us:** - Work at the forefront of AI-powered software development - Solve real-world problems for customers at global scale - High ownership and direct impact on product and customer outcomes - Work alongside exceptional engineers, founders, and operators - Be part of a fast-moving team building the future of software **Benefits and Perks:** 1.
