Founding Account Executive, New Business

Job description

# About Fyxer Fyxer launched in May 2024 and hit $1M in revenue across 3,000 paid users without spending a dollar on marketing. We've since gone from $1M to $30M ARR and raised a Series B led by Madrona, with Lakestar, 20VC and Marc Benioff behind us. Far more people start using Fyxer every month than we can speak to. Nobody owns turning those users into paying teams. That's the biggest surface in the company, and it's this seat. ## The role You work accounts where someone is already using the product. One person trying Fyxer is often a door into a 500-person company. Spot those fast, get to the people who sign, prove out the pattern so it repeats. You run the full cycle. First touch, discovery, demo, pricing, close. No handoffs. You also write the first version of everything: the pitch, the sequences, the objection handling, the qualification bar. None of it exists yet. What you prove out is what the next reps get trained on. ## What we're looking for - High performer, president club pedigree seller who can name 30+ deals you closed yourself in the last 12 months - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization - You've worked without a playbook, or built one where none existed Three years in or twelve. We care what you've done, not where you did it. ## How we work Time with customers is the only thing that compounds. Everything else is overhead. We automate the research, the notes, the CRM and the follow-up with our own product. We move fast and decide in the meeting. You own your outcomes. We challenge each other directly. It's intense and it isn't for everyone. **The Fyxer Reality: Why We Win** - **The Trajectory:** We grew from $1M to $30M ARR with a team of just 32. - **The Evidence:** Ranked **7th in Andreessen Horowitz’s list of top AI apps**. Every other company in that top 10 is valued at $10B+. We are the outlier. - **The Culture of Agency:** We hire exceptional people, give them total ownership, and get out of their way. - **Zero Bureaucracy:** No slow-motion decision-making. No "alignment" meetings for the sake of it. This culture is intense; it requires focus and discipline. So we’ll do everything we can to remove distraction, support your wellbeing, and reward your impact ## The basics - Remote, US - Compensation: $100K base / $200K OTE (plus equity, depending on location) - Uncapped with accelerators above 100%. Reports to Alec Kraft, VP of Sales - Travel: Occasional for enterprise customers
