# About the role Hiring a full-stack/founding engineers to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new features # **Things you'll be working on** Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you’ll be doing. Real examples include — **Platform** - Building sandbox infrastructure for our agents (managing secrets, proxies, and compute) - Building an eval framework for our models - Launching an analytics platform on ClickHouse/MSK that consumes millions of events per day - Building an agentic workflow orchestration architecture - Building a public API for Replo/Slack bots - Overhauling our billing system to support arbitrary usage-based billing **Programs** - Enabling customers to buy domains directly through Replo - Building agent-driven insight reporting for businesses - Building a full product-customizer UI for custom print-on-demand products # **Looking for someone who** - Can be in office 4-5 days/week in San Francisco - Is proficient in Typescript/React/Node - Uses Cursor/Claude Code to accelerate their work - Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue - Is OK operating independently without product/design - Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo - Has a product and customer-focused mindset - Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that’s good - Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it) - Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points # **Bonus points if you** - Have a CS degree or formal computer science/STEM backend - Have started a company before - Enjoy attending hackathons - Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously - Have not wasted hours interview-prepping on Leetcode - Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).
