**You'll build the core product that controls billions in energy assets:** - Backend systems for real-time optimization and forecasting - Frontend for battery operators and industrial customers - Infrastructure to scale across thousands of battery systems ## You Will Have Fun If You Are **Builder with agency** - Get-shit-done mentality — you ship fast and iterate - High ownership — you develop ideas and execute with minimal guidance - Product-minded — you solve customer problems end-to-end **Deeply technical** - Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals - Math/optimization skills highly valued - Excited about complex technical challenges **Mission-driven** - Passionate about energy transition and climate impact - Thrive in early-stage chaos and ambiguity (e.g. "What about a release today?") - Ready to go all in and take real ownership ## You Won't Have Fun If You - Like to follow processes — we don't have any - Want a typical 9-5 - Want to work remotely — we're in the office at least 5 days/week - Like coding all day long — at least 20% of your work is talking to customers ## Qualifications - Experience in a full-stack engineering role, building production applications - Frontend development skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, React (preferably with Next.js), and Tailwind CSS - Solid backend development experience with Python and mixed integer optimizations - Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Speak fluently German because most of our customers only speak German ***Don't worry if you don't have all of the above.** We believe much more in the right mindset than the right experience.
