As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. **And now, we're looking for you to join us on this mission!** 📍 **Location:** New York, NY - Hybrid (3-4 days/week onsite at our NYC hub) ## 💡 Your Mission: Build voize's US hiring engine, one great hire at a time As **Senior Recruiter** you'll be voize's **first dedicated recruiter on the ground in New York**, joining our 5-person US team, including CEO & Co-founder Fabio. You'll be the trusted partner hiring Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers; guiding every candidate through a fast, transparent, and deeply human process. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role, working directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition, and Fabio our CEO & Co-founder: you'll shape how voize shows up in the US talent market and lay the foundation for the team that follows. ## 🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike - **You build voize's US hiring playbook**, target company lists, revised salary bands, sourcing channels, and process, so future hires inherit a system, not a blank page - **You own full-cycle recruiting for our US go-to-market roles** - **You own onsite and virtual interview scheduling and logistics end to end**, keeping every process fast, organized, and candidate-friendly - **You represent voize at industry meetups, conferences, and networking events**, and build a referral engine, turning genuine relationships into pipeline - **You proactively source and engage best-in-class talent** through targeted outreach, not just inbound applications ## 🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table - **Several years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in fast-scaling SaaS or tech companies**, with a strong track record hiring commercial and GTM talent - **Proven ability to build a market presence from the ground up**, hands-on with sourcing, scheduling, and logistics as much as strategy, comfortable being the first dedicated TA hire for a new region or office - **Skilled active sourcer who treats outreach, networking, and community building as core to the job** - **Confident stakeholder management**, able to advise and influence hiring managers and leadership, including direct collaboration with founders and executive stakeholders - **Able to work hybrid from our New York office 3-4 days a week** ## 🌱 Growing together - what you can expect at voize - We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people - You'll play an essential part in voize's US expansion, helping shape our culture and presence as we build out the New York hub - We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events from our New York Hub - Become a co-creator of our success with stock options - Generous vacation: 20 vacation days, 10 sick days, public holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan 💰 **Compensation:** The base salary range for this role is **$120,000-$150,000**, based on experience and qualifications.
