Founding Marketer (Growth, GTM)

### About the Role This is a founding marketing hire at an early-stage healthtech startup building a membership-based personal health platform in Germany. You will shape the entire marketing function from scratch, own GTM strategy, and partner directly with leadership to drive revenue and user growth at a critical stage of the company's journey. ### What You'll Do - Define and execute GTM strategy across paid, social, partnerships, and influencer channels to drive revenue and growth. - Lead brand positioning and storytelling to build a compelling narrative in the preventive health space. - Manage paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, as well as influencer and partner programs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams. - Set marketing budgets, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI across all channels. - Build, develop, and mentor the marketing function as the company scales. - Design and deploy high-impact campaigns alongside performance dashboards. ### What We're Looking For - 2 to 5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing, sales, or a closely adjacent field. - Hands-on experience building a GTM or growth function from zero in an early-stage environment. - Strong brand storytelling and positioning skills with a track record of crafting compelling narratives. - Proficiency in digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. - Experience with marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and CRM or dashboard integrations (e.g., GA4). - Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, forecast outcomes, and measure channel ROI. - Experience with influencer, partnership, or affiliate marketing including campaign management and negotiation. - Strong analytical skills for testing, iterating, and scaling marketing strategies. - Full-time availability required; freelance or part-time arrangements are not a fit for this role. ### Compensation & Benefits Salary range: 35,000 to 70,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available. ### Location On-site in Berlin, Germany.
