## Position: Founding Product Engineer **Location:** In-Office (San Francisco, CA) | Open to Remote (United States) **Compensation:** $150,000 - $200,000 Base + 0.5% - 1.25% Equity **Benefits:** Best-in-class medical, dental, vision; Unlimited vacation; Personal Executive Assistant support. ### Background This high-growth technology company is building essential financial infrastructure to support and grow America's industrial GDP. We are hiring a founding product engineer to lead core **0-to-1 builds**. The successful candidate will own the **full-stack product lifecycle**: scoping, designing, shipping, and iterating in the field. This role requires travel with the founding team to factory floors in the Midwest and Southeast to meet customers face-to-face and design/build exactly what they require.
