Founding Software Engineer

As a founding engineer, you will work across product, infrastructure, and AI to deliver a customer-first product you can be proud of. You will collaborate directly with a founding team from leading tech companies and universities, shaping both the product and the culture as we scale. **Requirements** - Ability to work across the entire stack, including frontend, backend, and AI - Use modern AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and be able to adapt quickly - Self-motivated, career driven, and ready to take on outsized responsibility - Strong customer focus with a product and design mindset - Clear and effective communication skills - Bonus: experience with AI/ML development - Open to candidates of all experience levels **Role Impact** This role is critical to shaping the foundation of Dialogue AI.
