Job Description The Team Leader, Global Analytics & Insights – IT plays a critical leadership role within the Global Analytics Finance organization, managing a team of Financial Analysts to support the Information Technology function. The mission of Global Analytics is to equip functional partners with, applicable insights to manage performance, support decision‑making, and guide. Your Responsibilities: This role is accountable for standard reporting, causals, forecasting, and financial analysis for the IT organization. The Team Leader is a change leader, advancing the transformation of reporting dashboards through new technologies. The emphasis is on advocating AI to enhance efficiency, consistency, and insight quality. Standardized processes and centralized operating models support this.
