Responsibilities - Leading data analytics initiatives to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making for clients - Developing and implementing innovative business intelligence solutions to optimize performance and enhance competitive advantage - Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and tools such as Python, Oracle Business Intelligence, and QlikView to analyze complex data sets - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges effectively - Overseeing the deployment of scalable data visualization and analytics solutions to support client objectives - Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing change to enhance data analytics capabilities - Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations - Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine analytics strategies - Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science - Leveraging advanced data analytics tools like QlikView and Spotfire - Demonstrating proficiency in Python and Java for data-driven solutions - Applying systems thinking to identify and address complex challenges - Excelling in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement - Developing impactful business intelligence reports and dashboards - Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
