Job description
Role: Front Desk Executive Location: Mumbai About the Role DNEG is looking for a proactive and professional Front Office Executive to manage reception operations and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless workplace experience for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment while supporting day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities * Manage front desk and reception activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors. * Greet and assist clients, candidates, vendors, and employees. * Handle incoming calls, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate teams. * Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with office security protocols. * Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements. * Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries. * Monitor and maintain office supplies, pantry inventory, and stationery requirements. * Support HR and Administration teams with interview coordination, onboarding logistics, and employee engagement activities. * Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and company initiatives. * Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements. * Ensure reception and common areas are maintained to a high standard at all times. Required Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. * 2–5 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, or Administration roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation. * Good organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Professional demeanor with a positive and approachable attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Preferred * Experience in a media, entertainment, animation, VFX, gaming, or creative studio environment. * Exposure to facilities coordination and workplace administration.
