Support class check-ins, bookings and student enquiries, ensuring the experience feels seamless and personal. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the Front of House and wider studio environment. Support opening and closing procedures and ensure all relevant daily processes are completed correctly. Support the management of studio systems, bookings and client information, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a premium environment where presentation, discretion and professionalism are important. Someone who brings positive energy and warmth to the team while understanding that the studio experience should ultimately feel calm, considered and distraction-free.
