Our teams work across a broad range of areas including: Process and Controls Design, Testing and Transformation Risk Operating Model Design and Implementation Compliance and Conduct Risk Financial Crime, Fraud Risk and Risk Transformation Regulatory Change and Regulatory Transformation Non-Financial Risk Management Enterprise and Prudential Risk Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Operational Resilience Risk Data, Reporting and Analytics Technology-Enabled Risk Transformation We are looking for professionals who can collaborate effectively across business, risk, compliance, operations, and technology functions and who are comfortable operating within complex and fast-changing regulatory environments. We are seeking talented Senior Consultants to support the continued growth of our Financial Services Risk Consulting practice. This is an opportunity for ambitious professionals to broaden their experience across regulatory change, controls, compliance, risk transformation, and governance programmes. We are hiring for Senior Consultants across 3 key areas: Regulatory Transformation. Compliance, Conduct & Financial Crime. Process & Controls. Background & opportunity: Senior Consultants will work directly with client teams and senior colleagues to support the delivery of risk, controls, compliance and regulatory transformation engagements. The role is suited to individuals with strong analytical capability, attention to detail and a desire to build broad Financial Services Risk Consulting experience. Successful candidates will develop technical depth while building the consulting, stakeholder and delivery skills required for future progression into management roles. Your Key Responsibilities: Conduct risk and controls assessments, including process walkthroughs, controls design reviews and testing activity. Support regulatory gap analyses, impact assessments, implementation planning and remediation programmes. Document and evaluate business processes, risk frameworks, control environments and governance arrangements. Analyse regulatory requirements, client data, process documentation and risk/control information. Develop client presentations, reports, findings packs, workshop material and recommendations. Participate in client workshops, stakeholder interviews and project governance meetings. Support delivery across multiple capability areas, including regulatory transformation, compliance and conduct, financial crime and fraud, process and controls and non-financial risk. Key areas of interest: Risk management, compliance, financial crime and fraud risk, internal audit, controls assurance or regulatory change. Operational risk, enterprise risk, conduct risk, fraud risk, governance or process improvement. Process mapping, control documentation, control testing and remediation support. Regulatory analysis, gap assessment, implementation support and PMO activity. Risk data, reporting, analytics, GRC solutions or technology-enabled controls. Skills and Attributes for Success To qualify for the role, you must have: Typically 3 to 6 years of relevant experience within Financial Services, consulting, risk, compliance, financial crime and fraud risk, internal audit, controls, assurance or transformation teams. Strong analytical capability and attention to detail. Ability to document processes, assess controls and summarise findings clearly. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and written communication skills for client deliverable development. Ability to work collaboratively in project teams and flex across multiple topics or workstreams. Interest in developing across risk, regulatory, controls and technology-enabled transformation domains. Expectations & measures of success: Produce high-quality analysis, documentation and client deliverables. Demonstrate curiosity, ownership and proactive problem solving. Build credibility with clients and internal teams through reliable delivery. Develop broad capability across Financial Services Risk Consulting while building technical depth.
