All team members begin training in Small Pack and remain there until satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. Our warehouse supports products across US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, and Ecofoil, so attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are important. - Embody [Clickstop’s Core Values and Code](https://clickstop.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/The-Clickstop-Code.pdf) while holding yourself and your peers accountable for quality results. - Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. **Primary Areas of Focus:** Small Pack - Pick orders precisely and proficiently. - Audit orders for accuracy. - Pack orders securely and neatly for shipment. - Complete orders in the ERP. Receiving & Inventory - Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization. - Perform quality checks and properly receive incoming products. - Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO. - Perform cycle counts and help reduce lost or damaged inventory. LTL - Follow standard procedures for picking, packing, and shipping small parcel and LTL orders. - Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments. - Prepare and load items for shipment to third-party distribution. As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned. **Physical Requirements:** - Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. - Participate in regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs. in accordance with safety guidelines. - Stand and walk for the majority of the shift, including frequent walking throughout the facility. - Frequently bend, reach, and twist. - Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms. - Regularly push and pull equipment such as pallet jacks and carts. - Safely operate hand tools and material handling equipment. **Equipment** Ability to learn and safely operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. **Why Clickstop?** At Clickstop, we believe work should be a purpose-driven experience.
