- Independently closing qualified leads
- Real-time responsiveness in Slack
Requirements
- Sales experience: lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closing
- Familiarity with intake/qualification workflows
- Comfort helping build out processes and best practices in an evolving, early-stage environment
- Strong communication skills — you don't sound like a call center script
- High EQ and the ability to build genuine rapport with everyday consumers
- Critical thinking — you can make judgment calls on lead quality, not just follow a checklist
