If you are passionate about software development and eager to be part of a growing software consultancy, we invite you to apply and join us on this exciting journey. ### Requirements - 5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused) - Strong professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript - Experience building low-latency API services in AWS - Experience building scalable RESTful APIs - Experience with SDK integrations to other services - Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS) - Experience building secure multi-tenant environments - Comfortable writing raw SQL and managing schema migrations (e.g., node-postgres, node-pg-migrate) - Professional experience with React - Strong testing practices, including integration tests against real databases and failure-mode/fault-injection testing - Experience working with AI coding assistants as part of daily development - CI/CD application creation and maintenance skills - Solid understanding of full stack development, with the ability to contribute to frontend work when needed - Substantial background working with large, complex systems - Ability to overlap US business hours - Bachelor's degree required - Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables - Client-focused dedication to team commitments - Best practices knowledge and adherence - Strong problem-solving ability - Positive mindset and can-do attitude - Meticulous attention to detail ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience with append-only, event-sourced, or bitemporal data models - Experience with Fastify and schema-first validation (e.g., Zod) - Experience running containerized services on AWS Fargate/ECS - Experience in compliance-sensitive or audit-heavy domains (e.g., fintech, telecom/TCPA compliance) ### Company Benefits - Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases. - Generous paid-time-off policy - Flexible working hours - Work remotely - Continuing education, training, conferences - Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certifications
