Full-Stack Developer (Laravel 12 / Vue 3)

We currently develop and maintain 5+ production applications with real users, real traffic, and clear engineering standards — primarily for the US market, but also globally. Our strongest domains are Fintech and AI . We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Laravel 12 / Vue 3) for a full-time role on-site in Mostar . This position is open to mid-level and senior profiles who enjoy ownership, high-quality engineering, and working on real production systems. Tasks Build and maintain backend services in Laravel 12 (business logic, APIs, integrations) Build and maintain frontend features in Vue 3 (components, state, UX details, responsiveness) Connect frontend and backend via REST APIs (auth flows, validation, error handling) Contribute to architecture and codebase quality (clean code, modularity, maintainability) Improve performance where it matters (database queries, caching when appropriate, profiling) Collaborate with product and engineering to define and deliver features end-to-end Participate in code reviews and help maintain strong quality standards Propose improvements to systems and processes as the team grows Requirements Professional experience in full-stack web development ( mid-level or senior ) Strong PHP skills and solid experience with Laravel Strong knowledge of Vue 3 (Composition API) and component-based thinking Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and UX fundamentals (not just “it works”) Experience integrating with REST APIs and common web flows (auth, forms, errors) Confident working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL ) and basic query optimization Comfortable with a team workflow using Git + PRs + code reviews Willingness to work fully on-site in Mostar and collaborate closely with the team Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on quality and stability Nice-to-have: Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices Redis / queues / background jobs (when relevant) Testing experience (PHPUnit/Pest, Cypress/Playwright/Vitest or similar) Experience working on SaaS products or higher-traffic systems
