We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Full Stack Drupal Developer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based in London and offers a highly collaborative hybrid working at our Old Street Office. What You’ll Be Doing Technical Execution: Architecting, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise-level Drupal (v10+) web applications, writing clean PHP code, and implementing robust custom modules Stakeholder Engagement: Working under your own initiative to consult directly with stakeholders, gather technical requirements, and translate them into a scalable digital solution Project Delivery: Confidently planning, estimating, and executing development tasks across a variety of technical projects Security & Best Practices: Ensuring the highest standards of site performance, platform security, and adherence to secure coding practices. Skills & Requirements Must Have Extensive commercial experience with Drupal 9/10 and core PHP Strong commitment to secure coding practices Proven ability to work under your own initiative and consult directly with stakeholders to establish project requirements Full commitment and eligibility to relocate/move to London for permanent, full-time employment Should Have Experience working with front-end frameworks, specifically Vue.js /Nuxt Proven ability to plan, estimate, and execute across a range of complex technical projects. Nice to Have Experience working with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker builds.
