As an early hire in a new, fast-growing business, the candidate will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and experience rapid professional growth. ### Key Responsibilities: - Develop core components of the trading system, including market gateways and data feed handlers - Contribute to the design and implementation of trading logic - Support and maintain production systems to ensure reliability and performance ### Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science from a leading university - Proven experience writing high-quality code in Java, Kotlin, or Python - Familiarity with modern development environments, including automated workflows and cloud deployment - Experience using modern coding assistants and developer tools - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively ### Technology Stack: - AWS - Kafka (MSK) - Kubernetes (EKS) - GitLab - Spring - React ### Desirable Skills: - Experience with data pipelines and web technologies - Familiarity with additional languages such as Python and TypeScript/JavaScript - Interest in trading systems, financial markets, and market microstructure
