Contribute to the design of modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate object-oriented and event-driven design patterns. Use Node.js where appropriate for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, or development tooling. Contribute to the design and optimization of PostgreSQL data models and queries with attention to integrity, performance, and audit history. Implement and support reliable integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and other appropriate integration patterns. Containerize applications and contribute to cloud-based deployment patterns, configuration management, and environment consistency. Build and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments. Instrument applications with structured logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting. Troubleshoot functional and production issues and improve application performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineers through design sessions, code reviews, planning, and continuous improvement. 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including contribution to production applications. Hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing. Frontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices. Familiarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components. Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments. Strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
