Our days are fast-moving: we have a highly energetic, curious toddler who keeps us on our toes, two beloved dogs who are integral members of our daily life, and demanding careers that require regular travel. We love spending extended periods in Colorado during both the winter and summer, making long-term travel flexibility a core part of our rhythm. While we love being hands-on, present parents who value quiet family downtime, managing everyday household logistics currently takes up every spare hour. We are ready to bring on one trusted, long-term professional who will truly master how our household operates and keep it running seamlessly. Structure, consistency, and a well-managed home are essential to our family's well-being. We are warm, direct, and deeply committed to finding the right match. Who You Are / What We're Looking For Proactive Household Support: You step into a room, instantly notice what needs doing, and take action without needing constant direction. You take true ownership of your responsibilities, keeping everyday household routines running smoothly like clockwork. Dynamic Prioritization: Priorities shift from day to day, and we do not expect every responsibility to be completed simultaneously. Childcare needs and the family's schedule guide the week, and you are empowered to prioritize assigned tasks accordingly. Commitment to Quality & Precision: You hold a high standard for household operations and know that details matter. Routines are maintained with care and precision. High Energy & Active Stamina: You comfortably manage an active daily routine, from keeping up with a toddler and walking dogs to prepping meals and resetting the house. Natural Boundaries & Discretion: You bring warmth into the home while respecting the family's privacy and personal space. You maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Adaptable & Exceptionally Reliable: You thrive with a clear weekly rhythm but easily adapt when family plans shift.
