**Full Time Infant Nanny – Mountain View, CA** A welcoming family in Mountain View, CA 94043 is seeking a caring, attentive full-time nanny for their 8-month-old son from mid-October 2026 through early April 2027, with potential to extend for the right fit. **Schedule:** - Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM - 40 guaranteed hours per week **Family Specifications:** - Second-floor condo environment near local parks and the library. - Values an engaging, screen-free atmosphere and open, collaborative communication with caregivers. **Responsibilities:** - Provide attentive, interactive, and screen-free care for an infant. - Follow established safe sleep guidelines and crib nap routines. - Manage baby-led weaning and guide the child through feeding solid foods. - Take stroller walks to nearby parks and the library. - Maintain open lines of communication with parents and adjust care techniques to parental preferences. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience caring for infants. - Current CPR and Infant First Aid certifications. - Knowledge of safe sleeping practices and baby-led weaning. - Physical ability to carry a travel stroller up and down a flight of stairs. **Bonus:** - 5+ years of experience caring for infants. - Proficiency in Mandarin. **Compensation:** - $27.00 – $33.00 / hour (commensurate with experience) *All candidates will be subject to a background check.
