With over **100,000** users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service firms. **🌟 ABOUT THE ROLE****:** As Joblogic is evolving into the **first truly Agentic AI-driven FSM platform**, we're looking for passionate **Full-stack Developers** with deep backend expertise to join our growing tech team in Vietnam office, and take our cutting-edge SaaS platform to the next level. **🌟 WHAT YOUR MAIN FOCUS WILL BE****:** *(\*) **The technology stacks you will be working with include, but are not limited to the following:** MVC, .NET Core, Python, SQL Server, Entity framework, Microservice, SignalR, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, MongoDB and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, or React.js. **(Keep in mind, these stacks may evolve over time as aligned with our business strategy)*** - Assess and understand customers’ business workflows and challenges, provide effective solutions, and resolve issues to support their growth. - Take ownership of assigned work and drive product success by developing high-quality features and applications that meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations. - Support existing applications, implementing upgrades, and resolving bugs. - Write high-quality, readable, and maintainable and unit testable code for both backend and frontend changes to ensure maintainability and testability. - Actively participate in team meetings, providing status updates and addressing blockers while collaborating effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners. - Maintain and enhance technical skills through code reviews and knowledge sharing with other developers, and update task tracking systems with accurate statuses and time estimates. - Follow team processes and coding standards, prioritize tasks based on team goals and deadlines, and communicate any changes that may impact the team. - Proactively share knowledge, offer help to teammates, and raise concerns constructively with proposed solutions to foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment. **🌟 WHAT YOU BRING****:** **✅ Educational Background:**Bachelor of Information Technology, or relevant field. **✅ Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development**, with a strong focus on **backend** technologies. **✅ Technical Skills:** - Proficient in **C#, .NET 4.x, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, SQL, Entity Framework** - While experience with Python is a plus, a **willingness to learn and work with Python is essential** - Experience with **JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as Vue.js/React.js** - Skilled in **AI-powered software development** (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor) with hands-on knowhow to use these tools efficiently to boost productivity, code quality, and delivery speed - Practical experience with **AI and Agentic development** – building, orchestrating, and integrating AI agents/agentic workflows to automate and accelerate engineering tasks – along with the ability to keep pace with AI evolution and apply it effectively in daily work - Having knowledge and experience with Microservices architecture - Familiarity with database technologies such as Relational, Document and Graph Database - Experience with web services and API development (RESTful or SOAP) - Having knowledge of web application development, Unit Testing and Integration Testing; and ability to effectively write and run unit tests - Proficient in using version control systems, such as Jira, Git - Strong understanding of software development principles - Good knowledge of OOP and some design patterns - Understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies **✅ Mindset and Soft Skills:** - Having a **product mindset** focused on customer value and business outcomes - Good teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills - Possess R&D skills and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex problems - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams - Quick-adaptive to changes, proactive, eager to learn, and ready to spearhead initiatives - **Intermediate English communication** (both spoken and written) ***Nice to have****:** Knowledge/or experience with **Azure cloud services** (or AWS/GCP)* **🌟 OUR HIRING JOURNEY:** We believe every hiring journey should be a great experience!
