Ensure secure API integration and high-performance communication between frontend, backend, and cloud services. Enforce and elevate coding standards, lead code reviews, and champion engineering excellence within the team. Troubleshoot, debug, and profile complex application issues to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous technical evolution. Define and oversee release management strategies, automating platform releases in hybrid/cloud environments while proactively coordinating with other teams. Mentor and coach team members (junior, mid-level, and senior developers), fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and technical growth. Main Technical Requirements: Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or similar (equivalent experience will be considered). 9+ years of professional experience in software development, with proven experience in leading technical teams or orchestrating complex technical projects.
