Functional Analyst - Case Management

Als Functioneel Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van klantprocessen en deze te vertalen naar onze Nimbl Case Management software. Jouw werk gaat verder dan het opstellen van een functioneel ontwerp; je bent actief betrokken bij het functioneel inrichten en configureren van onze oplossing, zodat deze naadloos aansluit op de specifieke processen van de klant.

Je bent de cruciale schakel tussen de behoeften van de klant en de technische implementatie, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat onze software de bedrijfsprocessen optimaal ondersteunt. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met een gedreven team van ontwikkelaars, technical solution architects en productexperts om samen een toekomstbestendige oplossing te leveren.

Hoe ziet jouw dag er precies uit?

Als Functioneel Analist voer je volgende taken uit :

• Je vertaalt de business requirements naar functionele ontwerpen.

• Je neemt het voortouw in het geven van workshops en het verzamelen van vereisten, specifiek gericht op casemanagement.

• Je analyseert grondig en maakt functionele ontwerpen op basis van user stories. Je modelleert en configureert de goedgekeurde ontwerpen/stories in onze software applicatie.

• Je voert de nodige validatie testen uit voor een nieuwe versie van de software vrijgegeven wordt.

• Je werkt functionele product documentatie bij. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse contact met klanten tijdens de implementatie.

• Je werkt samen met een Solution Architect, die technische oplossingen levert voor functionele eisen en cases.

• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid in de nazorg van de klant.

Je technische skills

• Je hebt een natuurlijke analytische manier om zakelijke, technische en organisatorische vereisten, drijfveren en uitdagingen in verschillende sectoren te begrijpen.

• Je bent gepassioneerd door het optimaliseren en automatiseren van complexe bedrijfsprocessen met innovatieve IT-oplossingen.

• Je hebt ervaring als analist (business of functioneel).Je hebt kennis en ervaring met Scrum/Agile ontwikkelproces en servicedesign principes.

• Je hebt ervaring met Jira/Confluence. Je hebt ervaring met modellering/specificaties van business en requirements (bijvoorbeeld UML, BPMN, CMMN, DMN, logisch Data model, service design, User stories, UI mockups…).

• Ervaring als projectleider/productowner is een pluspunt.

Je taalvaardigheid 

• Nederlands.

• Goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans is een plus.

Je diploma 

• Professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

As a Functional Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing customer processes and translating them into our Nimbl Case Management software. Your work goes beyond creating a functional design; you are actively involved in functionally setting up and configuring our solution to seamlessly align with the customer's specific processes.

You are the crucial link between customer needs and technical implementation, ensuring that our software optimally supports business processes. In this role, you closely collaborate with a dedicated team of developers, technical solution architects, and product experts to deliver a future-proof solution together.

What does your day look like exactly?

As a Functional Analyst, you perform the following tasks:

• You translate business requirements into functional designs.

• You take the lead in conducting workshops and gathering requirements, specifically focused on case management.

• You analyze thoroughly and create functional designs based on user stories. You model and configure the approved designs/stories in our software application.

• You perform the necessary validation tests before a new version of the software is released.

• You update functional product documentation. You are responsible for daily customer contact during implementation.

• You collaborate with a Solution Architect who provides technical solutions for functional requirements and cases.

• You take responsibility in customer support.

• Experience as a project manager/product owner is a plus.
