Functional Analyst - Justitie

Als Functioneel Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van klantprocessen en het vertalen hiervan naar oplossingen binnen onze JustOne software. Je rol is gericht op het uitvoeren van diepgaande functionele analyses voor de ontwikkeling van grote applicaties, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met het ontwikkelingsteam om te zorgen voor een oplossing die perfect aansluit bij de specifieke bedrijfsprocessen van de klant. Jij bent de schakel tussen de business en de technische implementatie.

Hoe ziet jouw dag er precies uit?

Als Functioneel Analist voer je de volgende taken uit:

• Je verzamelt business requirements van de klant en vertaalt deze naar gedetailleerde functionele ontwerpen voor maatwerkoplossingen.

• Je organiseert workshops om de behoeften van de klant te begrijpen en zorgt voor het documenteren van vereisten.

• Je schrijft user stories en maakt gedetailleerde functionele specificaties voor de ontwikkeling van software.

• Je werkt nauw samen met een team van ontwikkelaars en software architects om technische oplossingen te ontwerpen die voldoen aan de functionele eisen.

• Je valideert functionele ontwerpen door middel van testing en kwaliteitscontrole.

• Je zorgt voor heldere en up-to-date documentatie van functionele specificaties.

• Je ondersteunt het implementatieteam tijdens de uitvoering van het project en draagt bij aan de succesvolle oplevering van de oplossing.

• Je fungeert als het dagelijkse contactpunt voor klanten tijdens de implementatie en draagt zorg voor de nazorg.

Je technische skills

• Je hebt een natuurlijke analytische manier om zakelijke, technische en organisatorische vereisten, drijfveren en uitdagingen in verschillende sectoren te begrijpen

• Je bent gepassioneerd door het optimaliseren en automatiseren van complexe bedrijfsprocessen met innovatieve IT-oplossingen

• Je hebt ervaring als analist (business of functioneel).

• Je hebt kennis en ervaring met Scrum/Agile ontwikkelproces en servicedesign principes.

• Je hebt ervaring met Jira/Confluence.

• Je hebt ervaring met modellering/specificaties van business en requirements (bijvoorbeeld UML, BPMN, DMN, logisch Data model, service design, User stories, UI mockups…).

• Ervaring als projectleider/productowner is een pluspunt

Je diploma

• Professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je taalvaardigheid

• Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal, in zowel woord als geschrift.

• Een goede beheersing van de Franse en Engelse taal is een plus.

As a Functional Analyst at AXI-NSI, you are responsible for analyzing customer processes and translating them into solutions within our AXI-NSI software. Your role focuses on conducting in-depth functional analyses for the development of large applications, working closely with the development team to ensure a solution that perfectly aligns with the customer's specific business processes. You are the link between the business and the technical implementation.

What does your day look like?

As a Functional Analyst, you will perform the following tasks:

• You gather business requirements from the customer and translate them into detailed functional designs for custom solutions.

• You organize workshops to understand customer needs and ensure requirements documentation.

• You write user stories and create detailed functional specifications for software development.

• You work closely with a team of developers and software architects to design technical solutions that meet the functional requirements.

• You validate functional designs through testing and quality control.

• You ensure clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications.

• You support the implementation team during project execution and contribute to the successful delivery of the solution.

• You act as the daily contact point for customers during implementation and ensure post-implementation support.

• Experience as a project manager/product owner is a plus.

• Professional bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
