Today, our team boasts 70+ rock star professionals, and we're on the lookout for talented individuals to help us dominate the world of puzzles! 🔝 Our leader is Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle - #3 spot among all iOS/Android word games in the US. We're looking for an experienced **Game Designer** to strengthen our RnD team. **For what tasks?** - **Core Gameplay Development & Ideation:** Focus on the creation, iteration, and refinement of core gameplay mechanics. Work closely on short iteration cycles to quickly test and improve gameplay concepts - **Documentation:** Write clear and concise game design documents (GDDs) that communicate ideas and provide detailed specifications for the development team - **Competitor Analysis:** Conduct deconstruction and analysis of competing products to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - **Data-driven Design:** Use analytical metrics to guide design decisions and improve gameplay through data insights **What kind of professional are you looking for?** - 3+ years of game designer experience - Deep understanding of core gameplay mechanics - Experience working as a project’s feature-owner - Knowledge of monetization trends and general mobile market trends - Systematic experience in market research with a strong interest in and ability to apply findings to design decisions. - Understanding of product and business goals, ability to prioritize - Writing clear documentation, interacting with team members - Adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment. - Understanding of basic analytical metrics - Experience with Unity **Will be a plus:** - Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work and a genuine interest in exploring new ways to improve workflows with AI - English proficiency at B2 level or higher **What are the conditions and bonuses?** For your success we offer: 🌴 18 business days of compensated day-offs 8 paid Personal Days a year + 1 day is added every year 👉 Flexible Public Holidays policy ❤️‍🩹 100% Sick Leave compensation 💻 Payment for wear and tear on equipment while using a personal computer 🌐 Remote work
