GC GO Partner Success and Implementation Specialist

Job description

GiveCampus is the world's leading fundraising platform for non-profit educational institutions. Trusted by millions of donors and 1,300+ colleges, universities, and K-12 schools, our mission is to help advance the quality, the affordability, and the accessibility of education. At our current pace, we will facilitate $100 billion in charitable giving over the next decade–enough money to send more than 1 million students to college, tuition-free. GiveCampus is backed by leading investors including Y Combinator, but we’re also practitioners of [Sustainable Growth](https://go.givecampus.com/blog/reflecting-on-7-years-of-sustainable-growth/): we’ve made the [Inc. 5000 list](https://www.inc.com/profile/givecampus) of America's fastest-growing private companies each of the last five years and we’ve been profitable nine of the last 10. In 2025, we [celebrated a $140 million growth investment](https://go.givecampus.com/blog/our-second-tender-offer-in-three-years-and-what-it-means-for-the-future-of-givecampus/) that included a major liquidity event for GiveCampus employees–the second in less than three years. Our purpose-driven team of 130+ is located in 30+ states across the US: team members work from anywhere they choose. We have a beautiful 12,000sf office in Washington, DC that is available for people to use whenever they want, and we regularly organize team meet-ups, visit partner institutions, and host retreats in various locations. While we operate at meaningful scale, we’re still small relative to the commercial and social good opportunities in front of us. Every GiveCampus employee plays a meaningful role in shaping what comes next, and we're growing the team in support of our ambitious plans–including a $100 million investment in AI product development. If you believe in the transformative power of education and want to join a fast-growing, mission-driven company, you’ll fit right in. **Location:** This is a remote-first role based in the U.S. While we embrace flexible, distributed work, we also value in-person connection. Team members are expected to attend multiple company-wide and team-specific onsites throughout the year. GiveCampus is looking for a **Partner Implementation Specialist** to support the continued growth of GC Gift Officer, the fastest-growing part of the GiveCampus business. Used by professional gift officers managing portfolios and Student Fundraisers conducting constituent outreach, GC Gift Officer is a rapidly growing part of our platform. This role offers hands-on ownership of Partner implementations, exposure to the operations of a growing SaaS business unit, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with Partners through in-person engagement. You'll spend most of your time working directly with Partners, guiding them through onboarding, training, and adoption to ensure a seamless experience and long-term success. **Candidates should be comfortable with a travel expectation of up to 50% for on-site Partner meetings, training sessions, and other business needs.** **Responsibilities will include:** - Own the end-to-end implementation process for new Partners, from initial platform setup through onboarding, training, and successful adoption. - Travel regularly to Partner campuses to lead in-person training sessions, provide hands-on support, and build strong relationships with Partners. - Support day-to-day operations within the GC Gift Officer business unit, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and increase efficiency. - Gather and communicate Partner feedback throughout implementation and beyond, identifying pain points and recommending improvements to enhance the onboarding experience as the business scales. - Manage implementation timelines, track early product utilization, and proactively communicate progress, challenges, and key learnings across the business unit and GiveCampus. - Monitor product adoption following launch, identify Partners at risk of low engagement, and develop proactive plans to improve utilization among gift officers and Student Fundraisers. **What we are looking for:** - **Relevant experience** — 2–4 years of experience in SaaS, customer success, onboarding, or operations. Early-career professionals are welcome and encouraged to apply. - **Partner relationship-building** — comfortable working directly with Partners, leading in-person training sessions, and traveling regularly to build meaningful relationships and drive success. - **Organization and execution** — strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through, with the ability to independently manage implementation timelines and competing priorities. - **Startup mindset** — comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business unit, taking initiative, moving with urgency, and doing what it takes to help Partners succeed. - **Data analysis and reporting** — comfortable using spreadsheets, Excel, or similar tools to track implementation progress, monitor product utilization, and identify opportunities for improvement. - **Customer-centric problem-solving** — genuinely curious about Partner needs, proactive in identifying challenges, and motivated to create onboarding experiences that drive meaningful adoption. - **Growth and adaptability** — eager to learn, take on new responsibilities, and develop hands-on experience with the opportunity to grow into more strategic responsibilities over time. Our purpose-driven team of 90+ is located across the US: team members work from anywhere they choose. We have a beautiful 12,000sf office in Washington, DC that is available for people to use whenever they want, and we regularly organize team meet-ups, events, and retreats in various locations.
