You will primarily act as the Ambassador of Gelato Happiness , serving customers and sharing our delicious heritage. For highly motivated and excellent performers, this role offers the exciting opportunity to train and become a Gelato Maker , crafting authentic Gelato from scratch using high-quality, natural ingredients right in our open kitchen. Positive Attitude: You are a natural team player who brings genuine warmth and a constant smile to every interaction, prioritizing excellent customer attention . Hygiene Focus: Possess highly attention to cleaning and detail, ensuring the shop and production areas are always immaculate, reflecting our commitment to quality. Flexibility: Must be adaptable and comfortable with a flexible schedule, as this is a seasonal job where shifts are often weather-affected (i.e., busier on sunny days). Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed during peak season
