We'd still love to hear from you — and that's exactly what this application is for!** At SRS Acquiom, we sit at the center of the deals that reshape companies: handling the payments, escrows, and shareholder complexity that make M&A transactions actually close. It's high-stakes, detail-obsessed work, and it only works because of the people doing it. We hire for every part of the business — full-time, part-time, contract, and internship roles, from early career through senior leadership, across our US, UK, and EU locations. ### Here's what that business is made of: **The SRS Acquiom Lifecycle** Shareholder Representation — Represents selling shareholders' interests when a buyer disputes a claim against the escrow Escrow and Payment Solutions — Sets up the escrow account and processes the payments that move at closing Deal Operations — Keeps escrow and payment data accurate and reconciled for the life of a deal, from closing through final distribution. Compliance — Checks every fund release against the deal's contract terms before money moves. Loan Agency — Provides independent administrative, collateral, and agency services for loan and credit transactions Client Services — Steps in to resolve shareholder issues and troubleshoot questions that arise during the post-closing process. **The Engine Behind Every Deal** Engineering — Builds and maintains the platforms and internal tools that run the rest of the business. Product — Owns the roadmap and direction for SRSA's platform and tools. IT — Keeps the internal technology, systems, and infrastructure running so the rest of the company can do its job. Finance — Manages accounting, payroll, and business intelligence for the company. Human Resources — Supports the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through benefits and day-to-day HR operations. Legal and Risk — Provides legal counsel across the business and oversees the company's risk management function. Marketing — Builds the company's brand, market presence, and demand-generation efforts. Sales — Generates new business and builds the client relationships that grow SRSA's deal pipeline. New roles open throughout the year, and we'd love to already have your information on file when the right one lands. ### **Who succeeds at SRS Acquiom?** Our five core values are the real job description. If these sound like you, we should talk. - **Collaborative.** None of the great work here happens in isolation. You share what you know, you'd rather win as a team, and you treat clients as partners in their own success - **Highest integrity.** We move substantial sums of money and hold highly confidential information. You are the kind of person who protects that trust without ever needing to be asked - **Hate to lose.** Good enough isn't. You want to exceed what the client expected, not just meet it, and you'd rather solve the hard problem than settle for the easy answer - **Respectful.** This work can be stressful. You stay courteous and professional with colleagues, clients, and opposing parties alike, and you can be confident without being agressive - **Builders.** You see opportunities others don't and get things done others can't. You're comfortable when the answer isn't in a playbook yet, and you find the way to "yes" when others won't ### **What you'll be part of:** - Work that's genuinely consequential. Billions in transaction value move through our hands, and every team here plays a part in that - Smart, experienced, low-ego, and supportive colleagues who happily share what they know, usually before you think to ask - Real room to grow, whether that's deeper in your craft or wider across the business - A front-row seat to M&A. Wherever you sit, you'll understand how deals actually get done, and for sophisticated clients whose high expectations are exactly what make the work interesting - Colleagues across the US, UK, and EU, so your work reaches well beyond your own market ### **How our general application works:** Tell us which of the areas above are the best fit for you and why. A cover letter is optional but genuinely welcome. Here's our commitment: a human reads every application. Not a keyword filter, not a scoring algorithm. If we see alignment with a current or upcoming role, we'll reach out to you directly. *Working location, work arrangement, and salary or hourly range will be confirmed when we connect to discuss a specific role.* --- If you apply for a role with us, we may collect and process recruiting-related information through our applicant tracking system, including your resume/CV, work history, education, references, communications, and recruiting-related metadata.
