General Assembler

Job description

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training. As a General Assembler, you will be on your feet for most of the day, performing hands-on tasks to help produce our bows and/or light our fabricated products. Key Responsibilities: Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards Operate basic tools and equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and company procedures Assist in other areas as needed Work as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications & Requirements: No prior experience required; training provided Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Benefits (full-time): Opportunities for overtime pay PTO BCBS Insurance 401k
