General Laborer – 2nd Shift Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow instructions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to daily production and warehouse operations. Responsibilities Perform general labor and manual material handling tasks. Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed. Assist with production, packaging, sorting, and assembly tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions. Meet daily production goals and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials as required. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is a plus but not required. IND2
