Hiring for all leadership positions within the following hotel departments; Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering, HR, IT, Accounting, Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurant. Job Posting Deadline Applications for general inquiries will be accepted until January 30, 2027. The salary range for leadership positions is $75,000 - $200,000. Actual pay will be dependent on position, budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. Education & Experience Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related degree or equivalent additional experience in the hotel industry • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Proficient knowledge of industry trends and best practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry • Proficient knowledge in computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences • Skilled in influencing and acting as a role model to others • Strong desire to learn all operational and strategic facets of the business • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred • Ability to comply with all policies and procedures for Hotel Operations and Food & Beverage departments • Ability to manage and lead diverse teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment • Ability to assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management • Ability to maintain a positive, professional, team-player attitude • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks • Ability to handle interpersonal and team conflicts in a constructive manner • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays according to business and scheduling needs Work Environment & Physical Demands • Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time • Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces • Must be able to constantly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance Job Benefits This position is categorized as a regular full-time position eligible for the following benefits: Enrollment dates differ across the various programs. • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Programs • Flexible Spending Account Programs • Life Insurance Programs • Paid Time Off Programs • Paid Leave Programs • 401(k) Savings Plan • Employee Ski Pass and Dependent Ski Passes • Other company perks The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
