Operations Management: - Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, fleet management, scheduling, and customer service, to ensure operational efficiency and excellence. - Optimize processes, workflows, and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership and Development: - Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of front line teammates to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and professional development within the organization. Customer Relationship Management: - Address customer concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies to mitigate risks and liabilities.
