This is an opportunity to shape a new kind of mountain resort for Greece from its inception. Elatos aims to reinterpret the successful four-season Alpine resort model for Parnassos and the Greek landscape, creating a destination that attracts guests throughout the year. The General Manager will have the opportunity to influence the operating model, recruit the leadership team, develop the resort’s experience programme and establish its culture, with the ambition of making Elatos a reference point for year-round mountain hospitality in Greece and the wider Mediterranean. All applications and expressions of interest will be treated in strict confidence. LAMPSA Hellenic Hotels S.A., one of Greece’s leading luxury hospitality groups, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operation of Elatos Mountain Resort, a new year-round mountain destination in Parnassos and a member of Emblems Collection by Accor. Inspired by leading European mountain resorts, Elatos will combine exceptional hospitality with outdoor adventure, wellness, gastronomy, family experiences and nature-led activities throughout all four seasons. We are looking for a General Manager who combines strong resort operating experience with the imagination and entrepreneurial mindset required to create a destination, not simply operate a hotel.
