Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and drivers. Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on 3PL warehousing and distribution. Proven track record of successfully managing a large-scale operations team. In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
