Job Description We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented General Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Cilegon, Indonesia. In this role, you will be the primary healthcare provider for our diverse patient population, delivering comprehensive primary care services with a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing their health concerns, coordinating their overall healthcare journey, and making a meaningful difference in our community's health and wellness. Responsibilities: Provide general medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for employees. Deliver emergency medical care and perform appropriate medical procedures when required. Conduct medical examinations and health assessments to support employee health and fitness for work. Promote preventive healthcare through health education and wellness initiatives. Support the implementation of occupational health programs and workplace health promotion activities. Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities within the workplace. Qualifications Qualifications Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid Indonesian Medical Registration Certificate (STR). Certified in Hiperkes (Occupational Health) . Previous experience working in a clinic, hospital, or occupational health setting is preferred. Willing to work full-time in Bandung. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Professional, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
