Job description: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any related course. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles. With at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company. Experience in analyzing and resolving issues related to office operations, including utilities, transportation, and other necessities. Manage communication content regarding General Affairs policies and services. Process Alien Employment Permit (AEP), visas, and other related government documents for foreign employees. Maintain accurate and updated employee records related to permits and visas. Can effectively communicate (written and verbal). Demonstrate good leadership and supervision skills. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is an advantage.
