General Site Superintendent – Structural & Steel Works (Expression of Interest)

We are inviting experienced **General Site Superintendents** to register their interest for future opportunities across major civil infrastructure and building projects in the Middle East and the UAE. Projects are expected to include large-scale civil infrastructure, sports complexes, structural developments, and other technically demanding construction projects requiring experienced field leaders with a proven track record in managing complex site operations. ### Your Contribution ### Site Leadership & Construction Execution • Lead the day-to-day execution of all civil construction activities across the project site • Take overall responsibility for site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, and technical requirements • Manage site resources, subcontractors, supervisors, and workforce to maintain productivity and project performance ### Cross-Trade Civil Coordination • Provide leadership and direction to Site Superintendents responsible for specialized civil construction packages • Coordinate the execution of major civil and structural construction packages, including reinforced concrete structures, structural steel works, complex building frameworks, and associated structural activities. • Ensure effective coordination between construction trades to maintain continuous workflow across the project • Resolve site coordination issues that may impact construction progress ### Site Logistics & Resource Management • Oversee site logistics, heavy equipment allocation, and workforce deployment across the project • Monitor construction progress and optimize the utilization of labour, materials, and equipment • Promote compliance with project health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements ### Project Coordination & Reporting • Work closely with the Construction Manager to align field execution with project objectives and construction schedules • Monitor site progress and provide regular updates on construction performance • Coordinate with planning teams to ensure field activities remain aligned with schedules developed in Primavera or MS Project ### Your Profile ### Education • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline ### Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience as a General Site Superintendent on large-scale civil infrastructure or building construction projects • Between 60% and 70% of your professional experience gained within main contractor organizations • Proven site leadership experience within the United Arab Emirates and/or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ### Technical Expertise • Strong understanding of large-scale civil construction methodologies and site execution • Experience managing major civil and structural construction packages, including reinforced concrete structures, structural steel works, complex building frameworks, and other large-scale structural construction activities. • Strong knowledge of site logistics, construction sequencing, workforce planning, and equipment management • Familiarity with project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera and MS Project ### Skills & Working Style • Strong leadership and people management skills • Practical, hands-on approach to construction management and field execution • Excellent coordination, communication, and decision-making abilities • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities within demanding project environments ## ### What to Expect This is an **Expression of Interest (EOI)** for future project opportunities and does not represent an immediate vacancy.
