We are seeking a German speaking consultant that will be responsible for building, establishing and maintaining key client relationships. Tasks Building and managing your own client portfolio. Working closely with hiring managers to determine their needs. Active sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent. Negotiating offers and contracts. Success-based commission for every successful placement. Deal sizes ranging from €25,800 to €76,000 Requirements Near-native German and Professional English level, Swiss-German is an advantage. Commercial mindset, self-motivation, and resilient. Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people. No experience in sales or consulting needed.
