Company: Celltrion Healthcare Deutschland GmbH About the Role As a Working Student in Market Access , you will support a highly analytical and data‑driven function at the interface of pricing, reimbursement, and commercial strategy. You will contribute to informed decision‑making by preparing analyses related to pharmaceutical pricing, competition, and reimbursement within the German statutory health insurance (GKV) system. Working closely with colleagues from Market Access, Finance, and Sales , you will gain valuable hands‑on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the evaluation and implementation of rebate contracts and market access strategies. Your Responsibilities Support the analysis and management of pharmaceutical pricing in the German GKV environment Assist in the preparation, evaluation, and follow‑up of rebate contracts Conduct price and competitive analyses (e.g. reference pricing / fixed reimbursement amounts) Monitor price‑relevant market developments and legislative changes (e.g. §130a SGB V) Support the creation of business cases and cost‑effectiveness analyses Prepare data and create reports, dashboards, and Excel tools for internal stakeholders Your Profile Qualifications & Experience Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Health Economics, Health Management, Business Administration , or a comparable field of study Strong interest in pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement systems, and market access Analytical mindset with a structured and detail‑oriented way of working Initial experience with Excel (e.g. data analysis) is an advantage Personal Skills Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams Results‑oriented mindset with high ethical standards Ability to work reliably in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail What We Offer Hands‑on experience in Market Access within a leading biopharmaceutical company Close collaboration with experienced professionals in Market Access, Finance, and Sales A dynamic, international, and fast‑growing work environment Flexible working hours compatible with your studies The opportunity to build relevant expertise for a future career in the pharmaceutical industry About Us Celltrion Healthcare conducts worldwide marketing, sales, and distribution of biological medicines through an extensive global network spanning more than 110 countries.
