GL / RTR Accountant

At Rohlik, we ensure the company's **financial health** and smooth operations **every single day**. **What we expect from you** - **Month-End Closing:** Manage the full month-end closing process, process regular journal entries, and perform monthly reconciliations. - **Tax Compliance:** Handle the preparation and processing of regular VAT statements; have a clear understanding of how daily bookings impact Income Tax positions. - **Process Improvement:** Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the RTR function. - **Managerial Support**: Carry out ad-hoc tasks and financial requests from the line manager. **What we look for** ● Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting or Finance ● **Deep** knowledge and **strong experience** with **Czech Accounting Standards** ● At least 2-3 years of proven accounting experience in accounting ● **Fluent Czech is a must**, and high-level English language skills (speaking and writing) ● Proficient user of Google Sheets or MS Excel ● Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required **What we offer** - We offer a **fixed-term contract** to cover parental/maternity leave.
