**At Flynn, it's not just a job, it's a career** **Glazing Service Account Manager** **Business Development, Service Division** Flynn Group of Companies Winnipeg, MB This position will be based out of our **Winnipeg** location, reporting to the **Glazing** **Service Manager.** **A Day in the Life:** - Help grow and build our Glazing Service business - Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients - Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities - Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders - Attend association, industry, and networking events - Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client - Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels - Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner - Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner - Ability to conduct presentations virtually - Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives **What We Are Seeking:** - Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships - Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business - Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad) - Clear understanding of contract documents **What We Offer:** - Competitive wages and benefits - Structured bonus plan - RRSP matching - Great environment where our motto is “Flynn Family Winning Together”! - On-going career development courses and programs through our in-house Flynn University #LI-IC1
