Job Title: Global Key Accounts Service Manager for Solar PV & BESS Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Execute Service Strategy: including service sales, project delivery, and operation and maintenance for utility solar PV and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) plants. Ensure rapid resolution of customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Customer Satisfaction Management: Take ownership of Global Key Customer satisfaction by ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and issues, driving effective issue resolution and closed-loop management. Conduct proactive customer care activities and establish regular service progress updates and reporting. Global Key Customers have business worldwide. 3. Drive PV and BESS Service Solution Sales: Lead service solution sales for PV and BESS businesses, including pre-sales support for key projects, customer service needs assessment, solution development and presentation, commercial proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract execution. Drive continuous improvement of the company's service competitiveness. 4. Service Market Insights and Brand Development: Analyze industry trends, leading service models, and service solutions in the PV and BESS sectors to strengthen service competitiveness. Organize industry service forums, develop and present customer success stories, and enhance the company's service brand recognition and market influence. Working Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in English and French; additional languages especially Chinese are an advantage. 3. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, sales, product management and operations to deliver customer success. 4. National/International travel: Expected up to 20% travel, including international trips. Skills & Competencies: 1. Minimum 8 years of experience in renewable energy industry such as photovoltaic (PV), energy storage (BESS), power electronics, SCADA systems, integration of electronic systems etc. 2. Proven experience in the development, commissioning, and operation & maintenance (O&M) of utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage projects with leading renewable energy developers or independent power producers (IPPs) such as Total Energies, ENGIE, ENEL, or comparable companies. 3. Proven experience in developing and managing service strategies, project delivery, field service, maintenance, and after-sales support for PV and/or energy storage systems. Hands-on experience managing key customer accounts and resolving complex technical and commercial issues with a customer-centric approach. 4. Strong track record in service solution sales, including pre-sales support, proposal development, bidding, contract negotiation and customer relationship management (CRM). 5. Solid understanding of renewables electric plants. 6. Strong skills for analytics, communication, stakeholders’ management, team working, intercultural leadership.
